You have triumphed yet again!
Much as I would love to be able to give my mum flowers in person, it is a bit tricky, seeing as I am in Germany. :-)
It was Mum's 83rd birthday a few days back, so I ordered a red & pink basket from you online.
Mum was nearly in tears on the 'phone, telling me how amazingly beautiful the flowers are. Thank you so much!
I have ordered from you on several occasions in the past and Mum has always been over the moon with the flowers.

I have been using this florist for many years 15 years plus , first time online for Mothers day this year (yesterday) 
I purchased the Pink Champayne Bouquet as my mum loves pinks, purples and Lillies , My mum sent me a picture to say thank you and ths is when i noticed it didnt contain one lilly .😥
I messaged yesterday and was advised this was due to lockdown and flower prices are expensive at the minute, i challenged i had received a bouquet less than two weeks ago with Lillies , i havent had a response back .
Sorry but you shouldnt put pictures on, that shows you what your receive, if it isnt what you receive .
Very disappointed with the response back and ignored my second email . 
Wont ever buy online again as bouqued not as shown in picture

Thank you so much for the beautiful basket of flowers that you delivered on my behalf today.

This was for my Auntie Stella's 90th birthday, she was very sad that the planned family celebration this weekend had to be cancelled. Especially poignant as she lost 2 sisters last year(my Mum was one).

She just told me she was thrilled and delighted with the basket and it cheered her and me so much.
