We have been ordering flowers and other things from Barton Bouquets for a few years. We live in the states and my husbands parents are in Torquay. I never worry about the quality of my purchase as they always do a fantastic job putting together a basket and wine and candy. We order for Mother's Day and Easter. This years Mother's Day selection was Amazing to say the least!!! I wish I could attach the picture my in laws sent to us. Thank you so much for the perfect arrangements every time!!!

Barton Bouquets are located in Torquay. They do have on street parking but it can get busy. I wanted to send flowers to a family friend who lived close by so actually did most of my dealings with the company over the phone, though we had called in some time ago just to see what the shop was like.
The lady who runs it is really friendly and helpful and went into real detail over the phone as to what we could order for the budget we had. She also asked if the recipient had any favourite flowers that she could include in the bouquet, and likewise any favourite colours for the bouquet. Apparently they also provide button holes and church flowers for weddings.
The flowers once ordered and paid for by credit card over the phone, were delivered on the day we requested and the lady was really pleased with them and said that the flowers were all fresh and lasted for days which was great to hear.

The best florist in torbay.I order flowers from there every year.I order for mothers day and birthdays.I ask them to do a bouquet for £25 and it is always gorgeous and well thought out.They are always friendly and deliever without a problem to my mum who lives in brixham.The home delievery is friendly and always arrives when they say.I like the hand tied ones with the water in the bottom which means they can be placed down straightaway withoout looking for a vase.They last so long,always seem to last for about 4 weeks or more and the colours and quality are so good.I have even recommended them to other people. One was my mother in law who needed a personal funeral arrangement and they got it spot on. Good value for money.

I have ordered flowers from Barton Bouquets for nearly 2 years now, it started because the hotel I worked at recommended them, and now in my new hotel we use them and for personal ordering too. The flowers are always good quality, last for several weeks minimum, and are very well arranged/packaged. Most importantly in this business though the owners are sooooo helpful and willing to put themselves out and go the 'extra mile' for their customers, they even gave me a home number in case any orders came in when the shop was closed!!

I had the most lovely bouquet of flowers delivered last month and I just wanted to share my happiness and tell others about it. It honestly was the nicest bouquet I have ever had. Also I have only just thrown away the last few flowers so they have lasted almost 4 weeks...WOW. I also rang Barton Bouqets when I had the flowers to thank them...the lady was really charming and friendly. Good old customer service eh? you dont get that much now a days.
